Meet the Team
Erika Farber
Erika Farber is a 20+ year veteran of the New York City hospitality business, with experience working for Drew Nieporent's Myriad Restaurant Group, The Fireman Hospitality Group, Hill Country Hospitality, Blue Note Entertainment, and Convene. She is a dynamic, innovative, results-driven leader with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Business Development. She is a culinary graduate, writer and an avid foodie with a passion for bringing people together at the dining table. Being able to reach out to her vast industry network of friends and connections to help them safely reopen their restaurants during COVID-19 and get back to work inspired her to co-found this project.
Matthew Anderson
Matthew Anderson is a CalArts MFA graduate and an Emmy Award winning high impact global marketing and events leader. Under the umbrella of experiential marketing and design, he has spent over 20 years strategizing, designing, and executing events and experiences. He brings unique conceptualization, creative direction, and flawless execution expertise to his collaborators and clients. Inspired by his work as a theatrical set designer and his distinctive approach: Action Design©-to-client-experience marketing, his vision is key in ideating the solutions to what we offer.
Michael Welch
As co-founder of this project, Michael brings 26 years of progressive New York City restaurant and hospitality experience to the table. As a passionate and highly motivated Senior Operations Executive, his extensive restaurant and corporate hospitality experience, which ranges from in casual high volume to fine dining, makes Michael a perfect fit to manage operations for our growing start up. He has worked with well-known industry veterans and powerhouses, including Shelly Fireman of The Fireman Hospitality Group, Jimmy Haber of BLT-ESquared Hospitality, and Chef Masaharu Morimoto of MM Management.
